Trip to Jeff City Wednesday April 10th in Effort to Preserve Missouri Historic Tax Credit

Join a state-wide coalition working to protect the Missouri historic tax credit from a brutal slashing in Jeff City as we travel to the Capitol to urge legislators to oppose any further reduction to the cap on this extraordinarily successful program.

Wednesday April 10, 2013
10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Meet at Hearing Room 6 in the Basement of the Capitol
in Jefferson City

Over 43,000 jobs and $7 billion in investment have been created through our state’s Historic Preservation Tax Credit. The Credit has been helping to revitalize neighborhoods in all corners of Missouri for nearly fifteen years. We cannot afford to reduce and lose this critically important economic development tool.

There will be a packet of information for each legislator, specific to his or her district. We hope to have these packets hand-delivered to these legislators by their constituents.
